Service Description

M-VTU provides airtime and data top-up services for Nigerian telecommunications networks including MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners
• Refund requests are processed within 24-48 hours
• Failed transactions will be automatically refunded
• We accept major Nigerian bank cards and mobile money

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraudulent transactions
• Reselling services without authorization
• Attempting to breach our security systems

Limitation of Liability

M-VTU's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
